What We Do

As a small to medium sized local company, we can offer you the bespoke service you deserve, which can be tailored to your specific needs and requirements.

We can offer a comprehensive package to manage the entire or any part of your building, if you currently manage the building yourself and have already issued the current years service charge demand we could offer this service on a pro-rata sub-contractor basis. This will enable you to trial our services and experience the professionalism and speed in which we work, saving you time and money.

Alternatively, you may be interested in our specialist service we can offer for the recovery of outstanding ground rent and service charge from leaseholders. With our in-house solicitor we can agree a process with you for the recovery of the outstanding monies, ensuring that you or paying leaseholders are not prejudiced by non-paying leaseholders. In our experience this is a very useful service in the current economic climate when a number of properties have been repossessed and lenders are not prepared to pay the outstanding arrears without a legal determination. This service can be offered at no cost to the Freeholder.
